Description
The BioAir Compressed Air Purification System demonstrates that Schulz breathes innovation in everything it does. It provides reliability and excellence for industries that require 100% contaminant-free breathable air - such as smoke, oil, vapors, gases, solid particles, and microorganisms. Developed for use with Scroll Oil-Free Compressors, it reduces the concentration of harmful respiratory contaminants to levels established by the standards of Anvisa Resolution RDC No. 50. The BioAir Purification System is composed of coalescing filters (pre and post) that reduce solid particles and condensate; an adsorption dryer that dries compressed air to a dew point of -40 °C; a CO to CO2 catalyst ensuring safety against carbon monoxide poisoning; activated carbon to remove oil vapor, odors, and tastes; automatic drain filters that eliminate condensate and reduce air waste; a dew point sensor that reduces regeneration air consumption, increasing system efficiency; and a base for installation. The new BioAir Purification System is ideal for applications requiring breathable air with extreme purity, such as in chemical, pharmaceutical, and automotive industries, as well as in clinics, laboratories, and other environments.
